A method of treating breast cancer is disclosed. The method comprisesadministering an FTI, at least one antihormonal agent (e.g., an aromataseinhibitor, an antiestrogen, and an LHRH analogue), optional chemotherapeuticagents (e.g., Trastuzumab), and optional radiation. For example, the treatmentof breast cancer using the FTI and Anastrozole is disclosed. Also disclosed isa method of treating breast cancer using the FTI Anastrozole and Fulvestrant.Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising an FTI, at least oneantihormonal agent and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; and compositionscomprising an FTI, at least one antihormonal agent, at least onechemotherapeutic agent, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; andcompositions comprising an FTI, at least one chemotherapeutic agent, and apharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
