The inventive system consists of peripheral devices, a central hardware/software complex and a data transmission network. Said peripheral devices are embodied in the form of mobile radiocommunication terminals, and the central hardware/software complex comprises a network interaction unit, a participant recording unit, a database, a mailing generating unit, a statistic unit, a special application unit and a control unit.
