The device has a coupler (6) including two hooks (8) receiving an axle coupled to a tool. The coupler has a bolt cooperating with a block of an interface. The coupler has another pair of hooks (17) covering the axle. Each of the hooks (17) includes a hydraulic jack for being activated between a free position and a locking position of the axle. Another hydraulic jack locks the hooks (17) in locking position of the axle.
