Use of anti-glaucoma drugs to treat visual field defects associated with the use of a GABAergic agent

The invention provides a method for treating visual field defects associated with the use of GABAergic drugs in a mammal in need thereof. The method comprises administering an effective amount of a drug that improves retinal perfusion. Novel compositions containing a GABAergic drug and a drug that improves retinal perfusion are also provided.
