The present invention gets outgoing light of surface lightning condition by condensing light source of light source unit with light-inducing plate unit as vertical light and diffuses this and condenses again, thus makes the light range angle within ±20°. Therefore, this removes dispersing light around user so removes side light or flickering by inclined surface light and minimize undesired light. As a result, it enhances user's concentration in studying or working, and it minimize stress of the surrounding person. Also, the present invention uses edge light surface lightning illumination method, so it supplies bright and soft light with no tiredness thus protects eyesight. Additionally, the present invention uses CCLF or LED as the first light source, three-wave is not appeared and there is no flickering by inverter circuit. In addition, the life is long and power consumption is low so it has good energy efficiency. Also, it is possible to make it ultra-slim and potable, and easy-to-use.
