The invention relates to an articulated hoop which is designed to stimulate creative activity. The inventive hoop comprises a series of elbows which are articulated to one another at the ends thereof, such that each elbow can rotate by 360°. In addition, a closed spring or elastic element is disposed inside the aforementioned hoop, in order to maintain the constituent elbows connected to one another in a stable manner, such that they cannot be separated from one another but are free to rotate. The elbows can be rotated to produce symmetrical or asymmetrical, flat or spatial whimsical shapes, in order to stimulate inventiveness and creativity.
