Active combination contains saturated fatty acid mono- and/or diglyceride ester(s) partly neutralized with citric acid and flavone, flavanone and/or flavonoid. An Independent claim is also included for the use of the ester(s) for stabilizing flavones, flavanones and flavonoids against chemical degradation, especially photochemical and/or oxidative degradation.
