A KIND OF POLYSACCHARIDE, ITS PREPARATION METHOD AND USE

A kind of polysaccharide, which consists of glucose and glycuronic acid and does not comprise protein and nucleic acid, has molecular weight of 1.6x 106-2.6x 106Da, alpha-configuration end group carbon and optical rotation [α]Dt of +131.7 - +159.4°. The basic framework of the polysaccharide is consisted of glucose with 1→4 glycosidic linkage, and every 17 glucose residual groups there is a pendant chain of glucose molecule or glycuronic acid molecule, the ratio of glucose and glycuronic acid is 2:1, linking to the glucose in main chain with l→6 glycosidic linkage. In each mole polysaccharide the mole ratio of glucose and glycosidic acid is 53:1. The polysaccharide YCP in this invention can efficiently suppress the Heps and S180 mice-transplanted tumor. So the polysaccharide YCP in this invention can be used to prepare medicine curing tumor. It's preparation method is disclosed in this invention.
