Process for preparing an aerosol pressurized suspension containing a liquified hydrofluorocarbon, said process comprises milling the said suspension, then directly transfert it into a medicament delivery device. The present invention relates to processes for preparing a stable sol of medicament and hydrofluorocarbon, and for preparing medicament delivery devices containing said sol. This invention also relates to a sol composition resulting from said process. This invention further relates to apparatuses for preparing said medicament delivery devices.
