Selenophosphinic amides having structures represented by the general formula (1); selenophosphoric amides having structures represented by the general formula (4); and selenophosphoric chlorides having structures represented by the general formula (7) which may take (R)- or (S)-configuration, wherein Ph is phenyl; R1 and R2 are each alkyl; R3 is hydrogen or alkyl; at least either of R2 and R3 is chiral alkyl; R4 and R8 are each hydrogen, halogeno, alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, or silyl; R5 is -NR6R7 or alkylpiperidyl; R6 is hydrogen or alkyl; and R7 is alkyl.
