The photocatalyst titanium dioxide film of disclosed method preparation is included the following steps: that (1) prepares active layer sol, passed through by the method in flexible substrate: (a) preparation includes tetrabutyl titanate, ethyl alcohol, diethanol amine and water; (2) pore creating material is added and is selected from polyethylene glycol, octadecylamine and its mixture and precursor solution; (3) obtained solution is placed in closed gelatinization process at least 33 days; (2) prepare active tio2 photocatalyst layer by: (one) coating flexible substrate and active layer sol preparation according to step (1) using lifting and be coated with process; (2) flexible base board of dry coating; (3) coating, dry flexible substrates are put into water heating kettle, for thermal crystallization second alcohol and water in the mixed solvent at 60-200 °C. Further disclosed method, wherein precursor solution be include titanium tetrachloride, second alcohol and water.
