PURPOSE: A device for controlling a display panel angle of a portable terminal is provided to control an angle of a screen display device within a range of almost 360 degrees by using a hinge, so that a user can enjoy movies or various multimedia. CONSTITUTION: After releasing a locking state of supporting members(1,3) by pressing a holder(6) of the supporting members(1,3) in arrow direction, a display device(2), supporting members(2,4), a hinge(5), and the supporting members(1,3) turn backward a body in a lump on the basis of a rotation of the second rotational hinge portion(8) of the supporting members(1,3). When the display device(2), the supporting members(2,4), the hinge(5), and the supporting members(1,3) perfectly turn backward, the pressed holder(6) of the supporting members(1,3) is released to lock the supporting members(1,3).
