PURPOSE: A bio chip with a chamber for contamination prevention and error reduction is provided, thereby simultaneously testing various samples without contamination of samples together, and preventing damage of the samples. CONSTITUTION: The bio chip with chambers for contamination prevention and error reduction comprises a glass or carrier plate slide(110); a silicon chamber with a plurality of receiving portions(121) on the slide having hexahedron shape; a biopolymer which is arrayed on the bottom of the receiving portion(121) and a reaction solution(102) on the bottom of the receiving portion(121); and metal plates(140) which are installed under the receiving portion(121) of the slide(110) to reduce errors, wherein the receiving portions have opened upper portion and are covered with a cover glass(130).
