PURPOSE: A fish recovery device for manufacturing boiled fish paste is provided, thereby inhibiting loss of fish meat, improving the taste of boiled fish paste, inhibiting putrefaction of fish meat, so that the boiled fish paste can be manufactured in sanitary. CONSTITUTION: The fish recovery device(10) for manufacturing boiled fish paste comprises the parts of: an inner case(50) comprising a water supplying pipe(80), a inner motor(24), an operation shaft(23), and a screw conveyer(22) having a water releasing hole(21); an outer case(30) comprising a fish meat releasing hole(31) in a conical shaped portion(34) and a fish liquid releasing hole(32); a case(40) which is positioned under the outer case(30) and contains a fish meat releasing pipe(41) and a fish fluid releasing pipe(42); a fixing case(50) and a separation case(60) which are combined with the case(40); a gasket(62) is positioned between the fixing case(50) and separation case(60); and a high pressure washing nozzle in one side of the case(40).
