PURPOSE: A baking machine having a temperature sensor is provided to reduce the effect of the outer temperature of the oven chamber by using the temperature sensor which detects the internal temperature of the oven chamber. CONSTITUTION: The baking machine includes: an inner wall member(31); an outer wall member(33), where the both wall members(31,33) form an oven chamber and have an insulation material therebetween in a distanced manner from each other and also each thermistor passage hole; a temperature sensor, exposed to the inside of the oven chamber; a thermistor unit(25) which has the temperature sensor(21) and a holder which is connected to the temperature sensor; and a thermistor bracket(27), connected to the thermistor unit(25) so as to fix the thermistor unit to the inner wall member(31). The both thermistor passage holes of the both wall members(31,33) are arranged in a mutually passed manner.
