SHELTER FACILITY OF BUILDING FOR SAFELY ESCAPING USING A LADDER TRUCK OR A HELICOPTER WHEN FIRE IS CAUSED THEREIN

PURPOSE: A shelter facility of building for safely escaping when a fire is caused, is provided to enable the people to escape from the fire to the present shelter facility and to wait for the firemen so as to safely leave of the fire site using a ladder truck or a helicopter. CONSTITUTION: The shelter facility(200) of building, which is arranged on the lateral side of the each story by a household of the building, includes: a lower fitting frame(200), having a bearing hinge which is located in the lower end of the lateral wall of the story and a flange which is formed on the bearing hinge, and fixed on the wall by an anchor bolt(230); an upper fitting frame(210), forming a bent portion on one side of its upper part and a flange on the other side, and also fixed on the wall by an anchor bolt(230); a U-shaped fitting supporting frame(240), formed on the outer side of the upper and lower fitting frame(210,220); and an up and down length adjusting frame(260,250), fixed to the upper and lower fitting frame(210,220).
