FEEDER FOR LATERALLY UNIFORMLY SINTERING IRON ORE RAW MATERIAL IN SINTERING CAR WITH VERTICAL SEGREGATION OF GRAINS OF THE RAW MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To charge grains of iron ore raw material having large grain size into a lower layer part in sintering car by vertically segregating grains of the raw material and guide the raw material so that grains of the raw material having small grain size are charged into an upper layer part of the sintering car. CONSTITUTION: The feeder comprises plates (35,36,37) on the surface of which a plurality rows of slit bars (34) are formed; motors (32) fixed to an upper part of one side of the plates; chains (31a,31b,31c) connected to sprockets fixed to an upper part of the other side of the plates and the motors; and scrapers (33a,33b,33c) fixed perpendicularly to the slit bars on an end part of one side of the chains, closely adhered to the plates and installed in a multistage, wherein the scrapers comprises an adhesion ore removing knife holder fixed to the chains; an adhesion ore removing knife one end of which is fixed to the adhesion ore removing knife holder, and to one side of which the surface of the plates is closely adhered; and an elasticity member both ends of which are fixed to an end part of the adhesion ore removing knife holder and the adhesion ore removing knife to closely adhere the adhesion ore removing knife to the surface of the plates.
