摘要

PURPOSE: To provide the method for pretreatment to obtain a high-strength sintered ore suitable for a blast furnace operation, etc., with excellent productivity by using the iron ore contg. water of crystallization at a high ratio, like goethite, as a raw material and the sintered ore raw material for iron making. ;CONSTITUTION: The iron ore contg. the water of crystallization at the high ratio is previously subjected to a heating treatment at 300 to 1200°C, by which the water of crystallization is decreased and the heat quantity to be consumed for the decomposition and release of the water of crystallization at the time of sintering is decreased.
