PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a camera in a mobile phone is provided to minimize the distortion phenomenon of the picture by reducing the protruded length of a camera in a mobile terminal and shifting it to the center of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A cover hinge part consist of body-side hinge protrusion parts(31) and a folder-side hinge protrusion part. The body-side hinge protrusion parts(31) are projectingly formed at both sides of a terminal main body. The folder-side hinge protrusion part, projectingly formed at the center of the terminal main body, is connected rotatively between the body-side hinge protrusion parts(31). One of the body-side hinge protrusion parts(31) is composed of a camera fixing part(33) and a PCB chamber(34). The camera fixing part(33), concavely formed in the inside of the body-side hinge protrusion part(31), connects a camera assembly rotatively. The PCB chamber(34), consecutively formed inside of the camera fixing part(33) at certain length, accepts a main flexible PCB, led from a display window, and a sub flexible PCB, led from a camera module, together.
