PURPOSE: A liquid crystal module is provided to improve the adhesive force of a thermal conduction unit and realize a small size, a small thickness and a small weight of the module by forming the conduction unit of a transparent conductive film instead of a glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel has a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) array substrate(102a) and a CF(Color Filter) array substrate(102b). A lower polarizer(140) is attached on the rear surface of the TFT array substrate and an upper polarizer(142) is attached on the front surface of the CF array substrate. And a thermal conduction unit(165) is attached on the lower polarizer by an adhesive agent(135). The thermal conduction unit is formed of a transparent conductive film. The conductive film is formed by coating transparent conduction materials on a support film.
