PURPOSE: To provide good snow-removing efficiency even when being sprayed with sand by manufacturing a solution of salt or calcium chloride. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a container main body (100) having a plurality of receiving chambers partitioned into an upper receiving chamber (112) and a lower receiving chamber (114) by a strainer (110), where the upper receiving chamber receives salt or calcium chloride and the lower part chamber temporarily receives a solution of the salt or calcium chloride in water prepared by the upper receiving chamber through the strainer, a storage tank (200) installed to be communicated with the lower receiving chamber and storing the solution transferred from the lower receiving chamber, a transferring means (300) connecting the storage tank and the lower receiving chamber to be communicated with each other and consisting of lines (320,330) transferring the solution collected in the lower receiving chamber to the storage tank and discharging the solution stored in the storage tank to remove snow, a pump (340) and valves (350a,350b,350c,350d), a solution concentration controller (400) respectively installed on the lower receiving chamber and the storage tank and detecting the concentration and temperature of the solution to keep the concentration adequate for spraying and a controller (500) controlling the pump, valves and solution concentration controller.
