In order to develop a road snow melting technology using exhausted heat of vehicles, varying hot water dropping method and tire speed, torque and its abrupt rise time of model tire set on mock road snow sheet of 10 mm were measured. And it's found that snow sheet were removed by melting and abrasion. Increasing tire speed gives a rise the effect of melting and shortened the tire of removing snow sheet. Dropping hot water give the same effects as increasing tire speed. The best way of dropping hotwater was direct dropping on tire in experienced hot water dropping methods and it's reduced the removing time of snow sheet to one half compared with no dropping.
