PURPOSE: An assembled-type reinforced earth retaining wall for greening and a method for constructing and repairing the retaining wall are provided to prevent earth and sand from sweeping away through a latticed frame and to plant trees in constructing vertically the retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: In constructing a retaining wall for greening with a steel latticed frame(10) forming a front side of the retaining wall and a stiffener(20) connected to the latticed frame and filled in a banking area to support the latticed frame by friction resistance, the steel latticed frame is formed by assembling and installing horizontal flat steel materials(14) to a plurality of vertical members(12) connected perpendicularly in a latticed shape. The horizontal flat steel materials are inclined upward for a front upside of the vertical member to prevent earth and sand in the banking area from sweeping away through the latticed frame.
