PURPOSE: A forward scheduling algorithm of a high speed wireless data communication system is provided to enhance an overall yield of an HDR(High Data Rate) system while maintaining a QoS satisfying a real time service of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: State information of connected terminals is collected and a certain weight value in proportion to the number of the connected terminals is obtained(S20-S23). A priority level value of each terminal is obtained based on the collected state information and the obtained weight value(S24). A terminal having a maximum priority level value is selected and a service is provided to the selected terminal(S25).
