摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a photocatalytic coating sol containing encapsulated natural fragrance, which is used for coating various organic or inorganic materials used as interior materials or filter materials for air cleaning to provide natural fragrance, photocatalytic, deodorizing and antibacterial function thereto. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) preparing a photocatalytic sol or powder having a nanometer size; (b) mixing silica with an inorganic binder to prepare an inorganic binder solution; (c) after adding 1-10 wt.% of the photocatalytic sol or powder to 65-85 wt.% of an aqueous solvent and 5-10 wt.% of an organic solvent and then stirring for about 1 hour, adding 1-10 wt.% of the inorganic binder solution and encapsulated natural fragrance, a molar ratio of the inorganic binder solution and the encapsulated natural fragrance being 1:1, and 1-5 wt.% of a stabilizer thereto to prepare a sol; and (d) after adding 0.1-10 wt.% of an inorganic adsorbent to the sol and treating it with an ultrasonic device for 10-50 minutes, adding 0.01-1 wt.% of a metal compound thereto, if necessary.
