METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TEST PIECE FOR MEASURING AUSTENITE GRAIN SIZE OF CHROME-MOLYBDENUM STEEL BY PICKING UP, MOUNTING, PROCESSING, ERODING, WASHING AND DRYING

PURPOSE: A test piece manufacturing method for measuring the austenite grain size of chrome-molybdenum steel is provided to minimize the measuring error, and to improve the reliability of the test by optimizing each process. CONSTITUTION: A test piece is obtained by cutting the material with a cutting machine, and the test piece is mounted to the resin and formed with the desired shape and the size for easily treating and processing. The surface of the test piece is processed by grinding the resin and the test piece with the polishing machine. The processed test piece is eroded in the corrosive agent. The eroded test piece is washed and dried and manufactured to measure the austenite grain size of chrome-molybdenum steel. The grain boundary is separated securely to measure and analyze the test piece easily.
