TURBINE FUEL PREHEATING SYSTEM USING WASTE HEAT OF CLOSED COOLING WATER IN COMPLEX THERMAL POWER PLANT FOR IMPROVING EFFICIENCY OF POWER PLANT

PURPOSE: A turbine fuel preheating system using the waste heat of the closed cooling water in a complex thermal power plant is provided to improve the efficiency of a power plant by increasing the output of a gas turbine. CONSTITUTION: A turbine fuel preheating system using the waste heat of the closed cooling water in a complex thermal power plant comprises a closed cooling water pump(10) and a closed cooling water heat exchanger(60). The middle part of a closed cooling water pipe(70) through which the closed cooling water flows into the heat exchanger after circulating through a closed cooling part(20a) is diverged. A fuel preheater(80) is installed in the diverged pipe. The heat absorbed by the closed cooling water while circulating through the closed cooling water is preheated by the fuel preheater before being supplied to a gas turbine.
