PURPOSE: A grounding structure for a high-voltage device in a power plant is provided to prevent the disconnection accident and leakage current accident of the high-voltage device by inserting a steel bar together with concrete into the structure of the high-voltage device in the power plant or an industry equipment. CONSTITUTION: A steel bar(21) is inserted together with concrete into the structure of a high-voltage device in a power plant or an industry equipment. A grounding mesh(22) connects a grounding cable(23) connected to a grounding terminal of the high-voltage device to an upper part of the steel bar.
