PURPOSE: To provide a roll device of casting plant capable of easily adjusting alignment of rolls to easily replace copper plate of the mold, reduce wear of the copper plate of the mold and adjust alignment between the mold and the foot rolls and bend rolls promptly and accurately by installing foot rolls integrated with a mold on a bend roll device. CONSTITUTION: In a roll device(1) comprising foot rolls(130) provided at a lower side of a mold(120) connected to a mold table(150) of casting plant, and a plurality of bend rolls(140) which are installed on a device(142) under the foot rolls, the roll device of the casting plant is characterized in that the foot rolls are installed on the bend roll device(142) in such a way that the foot rolls are separated from the mold, a sensor means(10) is installed in rear of the foot rolls to adjust alignment between the mold and the roll device according to the contact state of the foot rolls and casting slab, and the sensor means is electrically connected to a control part(30) electrically connected to a driving motor(32) for driving an eccentricity shaft(156) of the mold table.
