PURPOSE: To provide a subsidiary pressure tank capable of safely preparing an alloy by refining molten sulfur and phosphorus, and mixing inert gas with sulfur and phosphorus, and to increase safety and degree of mixing by installing a subsidiary melting facility at molten copper, thereby injecting the alloy into molten copper after primarily alloying sulfur and phosphorus having high oxidative property with copper. CONSTITUTION: The consecutive melting ally equipment of phosphorus copper ally billet comprises a main tank which mixes water with phosphorus, in which water is circulated through a water circulation path, which is equipped with a heater for maintaining temperature of water, sulfur and phosphorus, and in which the heater is controlled to a certain temperature by a thermometer control, and heated water indirectly transfer heat to sulfur and phosphorus through the water circulation path; a pressure tank which is connected to a lower part of the main tank by a transfer pipe, and into which an inert gas is injected through an inert gas injection port; a control means for controlling flow of phosphorus from a connection pipe(82) positioned on a lower part of the pressure tank; and a phosphorus copper allying device(85) comprising an expansion part(84) whose diameter is expanded from an end of the connection pipe, molten copper(98) filled in a crucible(92), first alloy part(85) for alloying phosphorus copper in the expansion part, air blocking film(96) for blocking contact of molten metal and air, an electricity guiding part(103) for uniformly alloying by generating vortex in the molten metal by a melting electric coil(104) around the molten metal, an insulating material(102), and a discharge means for discharging a billet.
