PURPOSE: An image recording device using an LCD(liquid crystal display) x-ray image detector substrate is provided to improve the image quality, and to simplify the manufacturing process by bonding a gas memory layer to a liquid crystal layer. CONSTITUTION: An x-ray image recording device is composed of an x-ray generator(80) transmitting the x-ray on the subject; an LCD x-ray image detector substrate(10) positioned in the place where the x-ray from the x-ray generator transmits the subject to supply image information; a light source(111) supplying light to the LCD x-ray image detector substrate; and an image recording unit(140) recording the image information formed on the LCD x-ray image detector substrate by the x-ray. The light from the light source is passed through a band pass filter(120) and converted into the ray without radiation. The liquid crystal layer is arranged according to the intensity of x-ray on the cell, and image information is displayed by transmitting light according to the orientation of liquid crystal.
