HIGH EFFICIENCY MULTISTAGE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP USING ROTATION ENERGY OF FLUID WITHOUT REVERSE PRESSURE

摘要

PURPOSE: A high efficiency centrifugal pump is provided to increase energy efficiency by generating pressure of fluid with independent centrifugal force and recovering inertia of rotation of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A fluid guide blade(3), an inclination space impeller(4) and an inclination space guide fan(9) are installed to a one-stage centrifugal pump or a multistage centrifugal pump. The fluid guide blade is composed of the spiral guide blade and the inclined guide surface to transfer fluid receiving rotational force of the impeller to the shaft without loss of pressure and rotational speed. Pressure is increased by freely rotating fluid, and the inclination space impeller is composed of the inclined guide surface and the blade to generate recovery power by reducing increase of pressure.
