LASER WELDING SPATTER COLLECTING DEVICE CLEANING WELDING CHAMBER BY COLLECTING AND REMOVING SPATTER TO SAFETY COVER IN WELDING

PURPOSE: A spatter collecting device of a laser welding machine is provided to prevent trouble of the work piece, and to keep the welding chamber clean by sucking spatter into the safety cover and removing spatter with electromagnets. CONSTITUTION: A spatter collecting device of a laser welding machine comprises an exhaust unit(20) forcibly discharging welding gas through an exhaust pipe(21) integrally connected to the side of a safety cover(7), and a spatter collecting unit having a collecting container(31) branched from the exhaust pipe of the exhaust unit and collecting metal spatter by forcibly absorbing with six electromagnets(41,42,43,44,45,46) in the collecting container. The exhaust unit is composed of the exhaust pipe integrally connected to the side of the safety cover to discharge welding gas, and an exhaust fan(23) installed in the end of the exhaust pipe to suck and discharge welding gas from a welding chamber(11). Fine dust is removed from welding gas by a filter(25) of the exhaust pipe.
