PURPOSE: A construction method of a floor for an apartment house and structure of the floor are provided to shut off noise between floors, and to insulate heat efficiently at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A buffering member(10) is installed to a corner contacting a cured slab(11) to a wall body(12) in the buffering member installation step, and a soundproof member(20) is installed on the slab in the soundproof member installation step. The soundproof member is connected to a tape(30) in the tape installation step, and a waterproof agent(40) is spread on the upper surface of the soundproof member in the waterproof agent spread step. An aerated concrete layer(50) is formed on the waterproof agent in the aerated concrete pouring step, and heating pipes(60) are installed in the upper part of the aerated concrete layer in the heating pipe installation step. The heating pipes are embedded by using mortar(70) in the mortar plastering step.
