Provided are a polyurethane spray composition which is reduced in curing time by 50% or more and realizes buffering performance for reducing of floor impact, a polyurethane spray foam structure prepared by using the composition, and a method for constructing the impact sound insulating layer of floor by using the composition. The polyurethane spray composition comprises a first composition of the liquid soft polyurethane isocyanate which is prepared by reacting 60-85 wt% of isocyanate and 15-40 wt% of polyol A and has an NCO content of 15-25 % and a viscosity of 200-1,000 cp/23 deg.C; and a second composition of the liquid resin premix which is prepared by reacting 75-85 wt% of polyol B, 3.5-4.5 wt% of polyol C, 0.1-1.5 wt% of water, 5.5-7.5 wt% of a crosslinking agent, 2.5-4.5 wt% of a chain extender, 1.5-3.0 wt% of a catalyst A, 0.5-1.5 wt% of a catalyst B and 0.05-0.3 wt% of a pigment and has a viscosity of 200-1,000 cps/23 deg.C. The ratio of the first composition and the second composition is 100:50 to 100:200 by weight.
