PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for sucking oil from contaminated soil, which is easy to carry and install and has good suction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a spraying device (A) that includes a body (30), a first exit pipe (10) and a second exit pipe, a fan (400) and a suction pipe (60). The body has a first coupling hole (32) that is formed at an inner side of one end portion, a second coupling hole (34) that has a larger diameter than the first coupling hole and is formed at an outer side of the one end, an inlet (40) that is formed at the other end portion to allow air to be flown in, and a nozzle (50) that is formed at a center portion to be perpendicular to the body. The first exit pipe has a first nozzle (12) at one end and is engaged with the first coupling hole. The second exit pipe has a second nozzle (22) at one end and is engaged with the second coupling hole. The fan is connected to the inlet to generate high pressure air. One end of the suction pipe is connected to the nozzle while a hood portion having a buoy (70), which is on the other end, is submerged at an oil layer.
