PURPOSE: A pile type purifying method of soil contaminated by oil and organic wastes using automatic control of air pressure of soil pore, which pressurizes air or high concentrated oxygen into soil or decompresses and extracts volatile organic matters by operating blower after detailed perception of air pressure of soil pore in contaminated soil that is piled up with multilayered on the ground, is provided to get maximum effect of biological degradability and to maximize supply of oxygen by controlling soil pore. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a pressure air blower(10) and a decompression air blower(12); a steel pipe for plumbing(26) which is connected with the pressure and decompression air blowers; an electromotion ball valve(46) which is connected with the steel pipe; pressure gages(20), temperature controllers(22) and air filters(18) which are installed at each pressure and decompression air pipe; a VOC decomposition device(16) which has a drain valve(50) and is connected with decompression pipe; a perforated pipe(24) which is installed outside of the steel pipe for inserting into soil; a drainage way(32) which is installed at the edge of outside of soil; several temperature sensors(36), pressure sensors(38), oxygen sensors(40) and VOC sensors(34) which are installed at the top of soil; a remote communication modem which are installed in the VOC sensor; a drainage pipe(48) which are installed at the side of the drainage way; a drain tank(30) which is installed with the drainage pipe.
