PURPOSE: A humidity sensing apparatus for car windshield defogging is provided to isolate the humidity from the humidity sensing apparatus by sealing the humidity sensing apparatus by a fiber of PTFE(PolyTetraFluoroEthylene). CONSTITUTION: A humidity sensing apparatus for car windshield defogging comprises a printed circuit board(304) which has a humidity sensor sensing the humidity of a car windshield and which is coated by a filter film(308) of an PTFE(PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) fiber to seal the humidity sensor; a cover(300) which is mounted to the car windshield and houses the printed circuit board; a housing(306) covering the printed circuit board with the cover and having a plurality of through holes for ventilation of outer air, and a filter(310) of the PTFE fiber, mounted to the housing to seal the through holes formed to the housing.
