DEVICE FOR FORMING SHELL OF HELMET BODY TO PERFORM SMALL QUANTITY BATCH PRODUCTION BY USING FRP MOLD

PURPOSE: A forming device of a shell for a helmet body is provided to perform a small quantity batch production by installing an FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) mold and a reinforcing member to reinforce the FRP mold. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second molds(110,120) are shell shapes to be produced by an FRP respectively. Dividing flange portions(116) to be extended from divided faces and sticking flange portions(115) to be extended from sticking faces are formed. A first and a second reinforcing members(160,170) are contained to support the first and the second molds when a pressurizing tube(141) is expanded by combining with the rear faces of the dividing flange portions and the sticking flange portions. The first and the second reinforcing members have supporting faces of the dividing flange portion and the sticking flange portions respectively.
