PURPOSE: An interlock device is provided to allow for ease of installation and management by simplifying the configuration of the device. CONSTITUTION: An interlock device comprises a disconnector lever(3), a link(4), a ground switch lever(7), and a cylinder(8). The disconnector lever is mounted on a disconnector driving shaft(2). The link has an end hinge-coupled to an end of the disconnector lever, and the other end where an elongated hole(4') is formed. The ground switch lever has a center integrally connected to a ground switch driving shaft(6), and an end arranged to slide in the elongated hole of the link. The cylinder has an end fixed at a ground switch driving device(5), and the other end hinge-coupled to the end of the ground switch lever.
