SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING ONLINE JOINT REALTY ARRANGEMENT BUSINESS BASED ON NETWORK

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing an online joint realty arrangement business based on the network are provided to effectively support the joint arrangement business between realtors by classifying the realtors into a joint arrangement group and a local arrangement group. CONSTITUTION: A realtor terminal(200) uploads member registration information and realtor basic information for generating a homepage, uploads realty arrangement information through the homepage, and downloads realty buying/selling information inputted from a visitor of the homepage. A visitor terminal(300) downloads the realty arrangement information managed by the realtor and uploads the desired realty buying/selling information inputted from the visitor requesting online arrangement. A database(400) stores the member registration information, the realtor basic information, and a homepage data file, and stores the information uploaded from the realtor/visitor terminals. A web hosting server(500) certifies membership of the realtor, sets share of the buying/selling information and the realty arrangement information, and downloads the shared information to the realtor terminal.
