PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device and a method are provided to prevent a galvanic phenomenon between first and second pixel electrodes, by permitting a second pixel electrode to completely cover a first pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence device comprises a substrate(100); a first pixel electrode(210) disposed in a predetermined region on the substrate; and a second pixel electrode(220) arranged on the first pixel electrode such that the second pixel electrode completely covers the first pixel electrode. As a consequence, the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode are prevented from being simultaneously exposed to an electrolytic solution.
