PURPOSE: A knowledge managing method of a system replaceable with a trading part of a middle-small enterprise by constructing databases is provided to replace the trade part by helping the enterprise to use accumulated data as history information of each buyer, after a management program is provided to the enterprise and the enterprise processes works by using the management program. CONSTITUTION: The management program for controlling a buyer database, a form database, a contract database, a transaction letter database, and a trade form database is provided to a middle-small enterprise server from a main database server(S10). Buyer information, form information, contract information, and transaction information selected from a main database by using category information and characteristic information are provided to each database of the enterprise server(S20). Documents and new/changed buyer data processed by the management program are stored to the buyer database as transaction history data of each buyer(S30). The desired document is mailed to the selected buyer by using the management program and is updated to the transaction history of the buyer(S40).
