PHOTOGRAPHING METHOD AND CAMERA FOR VARYING IRRADIATION LEVEL IN RESPONSE TO DISTANCE BETWEEN OBJECT AND CAMERA

PURPOSE: A photographing method and a camera are provided to prevent over-exposure or under-exposure when photographing is carried out using supplementary light by controlling an irradiation level in response to a variation in the distance of an object and to reduce the charging time of a supplementary light condenser. CONSTITUTION: It is determined whether there is an external instruction for continuous photographing(S100). When there is the instruction for continuous photographing, a distance between a camera and an object is measured and supplementary light trigger time is decided in response to the measurement result(S104,S106). Supplementary light is generated during the decided supplementary light trigger time and photographing is executed(S108).
