PURPOSE: An air supply and exhaust direct connection type air conditioning system for both ventilation and air conditioning is provided to simplify installation work and reduce cost by not installing an extra exhaust port at a ceiling and reducing length of a duct. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling type air conditioner has a centrifugal fan inside an indoor unit(50). An air supply and exhaust processing element(60) is combined with the ceiling type air conditioner and has a separation wall(70) dividing a center suction hole(65) of the air supply and exhaust processing element into an air supply path(65b) and an exhaust path(65a). An air supply duct(21) and an exhaust duct(21) are directly connected with the air supply and exhaust processing element.
