Purpose: the device for being used to cool down a condenser for cooling supply air is effectively provided to one condenser cool breeze of supply by the condensed water of low temperature, generates on a surface of an evaporator, to improve the cooling effect of an air-conditioning. Construction: on a surface of evaporator, a collecting container (1), which is mounted under an evaporator, to be agglomerated and declines for collecting condensed water. Tapping pipe (3) is connect with a bottom of collecting container, and the method on a gas source side is passed through near condenser. Heat exchanging fin (5) with regular gap tapping pipe surface, and the supply with condenser air contact combine.
