PURPOSE: To provide a device for maintaining concentration of produced gas to 40 to 90% by using a simplified compact high productivity process based on VSA(vacuum swing adsorption) system and stably producing concentrated gas by integrally applying two vacuum pump means for vacuum regeneration and produced gas supply to the VSA system and constructing the two pump means asymmetrically. CONSTITUTION: The gas concentration device is characterized in that it comprises a vacuum pump means(2) so that concentrated gas is produced by a pressure difference between the vacuum pressure and the atmosphere by applying a vacuum pressure to an adsorption bed in which an adsorbent is contained, the vacuum pump means comprises two pump means in one motor(12), one pump means is used in performing a regeneration process of removing impurities and adsorption gas by forming vacuum pressure in the adsorption bed, and the other pump means is used to discharge the sucked concentrated gas to a target space by sucking concentrated gas passing through the adsorption bed, wherein the two pump means equipped at the vacuum pump means are pumps driven by piston(13) and cylinder, and the respective pump means have different stroke distances, and wherein one of the pump means equipped at the vacuum pump means is a piston type pump driven by piston and cylinder, and the other of the pump means is a diaphragm pump driven by motion of diaphragm(14) fixed to the inside of cylinder.
