METAL HOT-WATER FLOOR STONE MADE OF METAL PLATES TO SAVE ENERGY

PURPOSE: A metal hot-water floor stone is provided to secure quick heat transfer and energy-saving effect by forming protruded circles on the floor stone and to easily construct by a dry-heating process without cement, sands, and plastering. CONSTITUTION: Plural protruded circles(8) are formed in a metal hot-water floor stone. Hoses(10) are laid and plastered at a pipe line(9). Heat is stored in a protruded circle heat accumulating space unit(13) by operating a boiler and emitted to the upper surfaces of the protruded circles. A heat insulation material(14) is arranged under the metal hot-water floor stone. Heating pipe lines are laid at the interval of 300mm. 15mm hoses are arranged and 12mm hoses are laid at the interval of 150mm. The heat of the hose is held in a protruded circle side wall(12), stored in the protruded circle heat accumulating space unit, and then dispersed to the upper surface of the protruded circles.
