PURPOSE: A thermo and electric potential therapy bed cover using a ceramic, is provided to offer the convenient use and to minimize the volume by using a fabric raw material, to easily attach the ceramic unit, to give an excellent touching sensation, and to easily store and use the present bed cover. CONSTITUTION: The bed cover includes: a thermo and electric potential member; and a far infrared member, laminated on the upper of a thermo and electric potential member. The thermo and electric potential member is so configured that a waterproof paper(101), a compressed silk-cotton(102), an activated carbon fiber(103), an overheat-preventing bimetal(104), an automatic circuit sensor(105), a glass fiber(106), a silicon hot wire(107), a non-woven fabric(108), a copper fiber(109), a negative potential plate(110), and a hardwood charcoal plate(111) are successively laminated, whiles the far infrared member is so configured that many ceramic units(22) are bonded to a ceramic bonded part(211).
