PURPOSE: A device for reducing a noise of a scroll compressor is provided to reduce a pulsating noise generated when a compressed refrigerant is discharged, and reduce an opening and shutting noise of a discharge valve, thereby improving the reliability of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A casing has a hermetic containing space inside by sealing upper and lower openings of a cylindrical casing body(11) with an upper cap(12) and a lower cap. A fixed scroll(31) compresses a refrigerant cooperatively with an orbiting scroll fixed inside the casing body, and discharges the compressed refrigerant through a discharge hole(37). A noise preventing member(50) has a through-groove passing communicatively combined with the discharge hole to be combined with an upper part of the fixed scroll, having a certain resonance space inside. A discharge valve assembly(40) opens and shuts a through-hole of the upper side of the noise preventing member.
